Arrive mid-morning and spend a few hours in the kitchen, learning from Michael Maddox and his staff! After chopping, dicing and sautéing with the best, you will be treated to a late-afternoon, three course lunch.
Chef Maddox's professional experience also includes The Bonaventure Resort and Spa (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) and La Boheme (Winnetka, IL). He has worked under of the tutelage of Jacques Torres of Le Cirque (New York, NY). In addition, Michael has worked in the kitchens of Jean Bardet Restaurant in Tours, France and the (Michelin) Restaurant Michel Rostang in Paris. Chef Maddox has received specialty training in desserts including chocolate showpieces, petit fours, candies, ice creams, and sorbets.
